3 “A” Bereavement Foundation (3ABF) recognizes the necessity of complete confidentiality when dealing with our donors or the donors’ information. The only time 3ABF will ask for your personal information is when you give a financial donation either online or offline via US Mail. During the donation process, we ask for your name, address, city, state, zip code. Your privacy is very important to us and we have made every reasonable effort to protect your information, both online and offline. Personal information given to 3ABF will be used only for the intended purposes specified by the donor.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information:
You can access all your personal information that we collect online or offline by sending an email to us at bereavement3a@aol.com . 3ABF uses this procedure to better safeguard your information. Errors can be corrected in your personal information by sending us a request that shows an error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.
Release of Information:
3ABF does not share, sell, nor lease your information to third parties. No information shall be released, either over the phone or in person, regarding the contact name and/or any other details about a donor, which they do not want released. At any time, you may contact 3ABF to remove your information from our records:
